Summer Strength and Conditioning

We will be offering pre-tryout strength and conditioning sessions for volleyball athletes throughout the month of July.
These sessions are designed to improve strength, jumping ability, movement, and overall athletic performance, leading into tryouts. The focus will be on proper technique, injury prevention, and building a strong physical foundation specific to volleyball.
Program Details:
  • Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays
  • Time: 8:00–9:00 AM (sessions will begin promptly at 8:00 AM)
  • Format: Structured, coach-led circuit training
  • Focus Areas: Strength, agility, core stability, and jump mechanics
What to Bring:
  • Water
  • A light snack beforehand (banana, granola bar, etc.)
Pricing:
  • $20 per session
  • $50 per week (recommended for consistency)
Athletes are expected to sign up in advance and check in upon arrival. While participation is not mandatory, consistent attendance and effort will be taken into consideration as we approach tryouts.
This is a great opportunity for athletes to challenge themselves, stay active over the summer, and train alongside teammates in a positive and competitive environment.
Athletes are encouraged to attend with a teammate or training partner to help build accountability and push each other to improve.
